A new initiative was recently launched by the Company’s Broking Division, where an Internet Auction Service has recently been launched. This exciting innovation will enable Sellers to expose their properties to a much larger audience; and enables Purchasers to submit bids on a variety of properties, in a format where comparability between similar properties is much more reliable.
